      The Randstad Education team are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team in our office based in the CBD.You will be required to advertise, screen candidates, perform reference checks, and hunt for project opportunities in the early year's sector. This is a dual desk placing both temporary and permanent candidates. A day in your new role would include client calls, managing candidates, and placing up to 10 candidates into temporary roles per morning.Ideally, you'll have 1-year of experience working in recruitment or sales, will have a track record of working in a fast-paced environment, have previously worked towards KPIs/targets and will be able to build relationships with both candidates and clients.A generous base salary is on offer plus realistic and achievable monthly commission along with a comprehensive six week training period, ongoing personal development and growth opportunities.
