Key Duties

• Solution Design: Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business requirements.
• Data Transformation: Build and maintain scalable dbt models, Snowflake schemas, and analytical transformation pipelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Run requirements discovery workshops, document specifications, and manage executive-level business expectations.
• Platform Development: Develop ingestion and presentation layers supporting enterprise reporting and BI platforms.
• Technical Quality: Provide practical delivery oversight and apply software engineering best practices, including version control and CI/CD processes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experienced Professional: Proven track record in deploying data and analytics solutions, alongside hands-on expertise overseeing enterprise data platforms and data warehouses.
• Technical Stack: Advanced SQL development skills combined with extensive hands-on experience using Snowflake and dbt.
• Data Architecture: Practical experience implementing dimensional models (Kimball-style), data vault models, and modern ELT frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Effective consulting and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, data quality, and enterprise governance.
