Senior Project Manager - Digital & Enterprise Solutions

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to navigate complex cloud, data, and integration landscapes for a major public organization. While your immediate priority will focus on driving a major Salesforce evolution, you will seamlessly pivot across diverse enterprise technology roadmaps over time. This role is designed for a strategic operator looking to guide broader digital and data strategy rather than delivering isolated projects.

Key Duties

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead enterprise digital programs spanning cloud architecture, data workflows, modern CRM, and emerging AI integrations.
• Salesforce Focus: Drive immediate, high-impact delivery of core Salesforce cloud capabilities (such as Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud) and connected systems.
• Portfolio Strategy: Partner closely with PMO leadership to refine project delivery strategy, portfolio planning, and practical governance frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with BAs, Product Owners, and Data/Software SMEs to translate technical feasibility studies into clear project roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate co-design workshops with senior leadership to build consensus, influence decision-making, and drive business alignment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Senior PM managing complex Cloud, Data, Integration, and CRM project portfolios.
• Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on delivery experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with emphasis on Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud transformations.
• Delivery Methodologies: A pragmatic approach to project methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2) paired with a strong background in business case preparation and technical feasibility evaluation.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience collaborating with and leading multi-disciplinary delivery pods (Software/Data SMEs, POs, BAs).
• Strategic Influence: Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently shape portfolio planning and enterprise governance.
