Drive execution across day-to-day workflows, ad-hoc tasks, and key strategic projects. Acting as the functional link between technical execution and business objectives, this senior position is well-suited to a technical leader looking to champion delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, monitor milestones, and shift resources to keep projects on track.
- Guide the Team: Mentor the technical team, support skill development, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Solve Roadblocks: Use a strong technical background to validate outputs and help the team clear complex delivery hurdles.
- Assure Quality: Oversee regular reviews of project outputs to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Manage Scope: Act as the primary contact for delivery inquiries and provide clear, commercial timeline updates.
Skills & Experience
- Delivery Track Record: 5+ years managing technical or data project delivery.
- Hands-on Tech: Background in Cloud Infrastructure, Application development OR Data/Analytics (Python, SQL).
- Team Leadership: Experience leading, coaching, or managing technical professionals.
- Stakeholder Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships effectively.
- Pragmatic Mindset: Grounded understanding of how execution impacts business performance.
