This isn't just about editing text; it’s about migrating complex legacy manuals into a new, streamlined publications framework. You will be the bridge between technical workstreams and the end-user, ensuring that every policy and standard operating procedure is accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Analysis: Engage with workstream leads across Data, Maintenance, and Supply to perform subject matter knowledge transfer and identify content gaps.
Stakeholder Socialisation: Facilitate engagement across all levels of the organization to socialise content and ensure "mutually acceptable" outcomes.
Process Mapping: Analyse existing artefacts and process changes to ensure the new publication hierarchy is seamless and intuitive.
Skills & Experience:
Expert Technical Writing: 5+ years of experience in technical writing with a "user-centred" approach and a very high standard of written communication.
BA Capability: Proven experience in functional Business Analysis, specifically in stakeholder facilitation and documentation analysis.
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of Asset Management, Logistics, or Maintenance processes.
Leadership & Drive: The ability to lead the delivery of outcomes and drive complex tasks to completion autonomously.
Compliance Mindset: Experience working within large-scale, structured, or military-style organizations is highly advantageous.
