      About the CompanyA fantastic opportunity is now available for an entry level Technical Client Support Specialist to become an integral part of Access-It’s NZ and AU based support teams here in Wellington. Work in conjunction with talented technology professionals contribute to the development and delivery of new technical services to help bring to life the enjoyment and betterment of education.Your key responsibilities Be a part of the technical support team to provide support to New Zealand and Australian ClientsHelp Intergrate Access-IT's software onto clients systems remotely and over the phone.Be able to deal with high-volume ticket resolutions particuarlly during school terms.Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the software database structure and services.Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical support requests.Perform technical Implementation of new sites.About youNetwork experience including, but not limited to: Windows Server environments; Active Directory/ LDAP; Virtualisation.
