      Rare opportunity to join a newly created teamAward-winning HR team within an ASX-listed organisationPermanent, full time positions based in Auckland CBD Our client is reshaping their talent acquisition team and seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join them in their exciting phase of this journey. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to provide talent acquisition expertise. A typical day:Engaging with the business to understand strategic objectives, team culture and capability expectationsManaging full life-cycle recruitment by conducting job briefs, recommending optimal sourcing strategies including the creation of talent pools, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring processBuilding relationships with internal and external candidates to attract and engage the right talentEnsuring a personalised, positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders, whilst contributing to a strong employee value propositionSupporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate What are we looking for? With proven recruitment experience ideally from within a complex organisation, you will have a passion for implementing best practice talent acquisition methodologies including talent attraction, mapping, networking, pooling, assessment and selection.
