This role includes picking, packing, shipping, checking in loan sets, receiving and confirming loan set bookings, maintaining positive working relationships with customers, invoices, and credit processing.The Role: Liaising with couriers regarding tracking and other aspects of carrier distribution servicesReviewing and processing credits through an internal system Accurately picking and packing surgical equipment Providing detailed and accurate product information to customers when necessary Stocktaking and advising internal teams of any stock shortagesSkills & experience required:Warehousing or storemen experience is preferred An understanding of Inventory Management Systems is a bonusPrevious work experience or field of study within the healthcare industry is preferredHigh energy and eagerness to learn Switched on can-do attitude is a must Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Full training will be provided.
