Randstad is looking to add a Candidate Manager to our high performing Volume & Project Recruitment team. We specialise in high volume temporary recruitment for a variety of roles and organisation across New Zealand.
This is a 180-degree recruitment role, meaning you will be maintaining a high-quality pool of talented candidates - you’ll be working alongside an experienced team to ensure the best placement for every role that comes your way! Daily responsibilities include pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, reference checking, attending assessment centres and a variety of other duties as needed.
