    Randstad are currently looking for a Manager, Management Accounting, to join an organisation that is looking to make a difference, in a role where you will have the opportunity to lead a small team, whilst improving systems and processes. This is a great opportunity to use your technical accounting, business partnering and leadership skills to drive improvements and engagement with the business, alongside uplifting the technical capability of the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team that is responsible for providing financial advice across the organisation including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis and financial systems. Develop and maintain group costing and modelling processes in line with organisational objectives in order to add value to key strategic outcomes. Act as the trusted business partner for key financial projects across the organisation, enabling the business to make sound decisions from a financial management perspective. Take responsibility for and uplift the technical capability of the team with regards to pricing, costing and and ad hoc analysis.Lead system improvement and drive efficiencies in relation to the organisation's FMIS. Lead, develop and mentor a small team, whilst increasing engagement with the business, acting as a trusted advisor to all key stakeholders. Key Requirements: CA Qualification or equivalent Proven finance leadership and management accounting experience within a medium to large sized organisation.
