    The key responsibilities of the Support Officer are:Act as a first point of contact for the office (for visitors and general phone calls) in a way that represents the agency as helpful, friendly and competent.Key focus on implementing process improvement throughout your office.Work with property and facilities to coordinate office requirements.Providing senior level assistance and administrative support to the allocated Leaders in the office, including diary management, financial administration and other day to day activities. Note: The SO role has no financial delegations.Assistance with group management processes including recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and staff induction.Undertake reporting functions for your allocated office groups, including preparation of monthly team reports (as required).Maintaining your allocated office group’s records management system, including archiving and retention.
