      The OrganizationWe have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team. This opportunity will be focused on the smooth running of a contract and business unit.The role is primarily focused on Finance & Administration activitiesThe RoleThis is a three month contractHourly rate is negotiableLocated in Palmerston NorthIn this varied role, you will be;Proactively manage the allocated workload in a timely and accurate mannerAct as a daily point of contact between F&A function and contract/business unit personnelProvide feedback and flag improvement opportunities for processes, tools and systemsSupporting the contract with HR requirements such as new starts, resignations and exit formsInput daily timesheet data in SAP (where sites are paper based), monitoring and reporting digital timesheet data and supporting users with the applicationAccurate recording and filing of all paper timesheets, leave sheets and relevant documentation in a timely manner when requiredAbout youTo be successful in attaining this role, we are looking for;1-2 years of administrative experienceExperience with Office 365, Teams and SharepointPrevious experience with SAP and Ariba is beneficialFully vaccinated as you will be required to work on siteIf this role sounds like the perfect next step for you, please apply directly or email miria.jacobs@randstad with your CVAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
